TBR Football understands that the future of Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva is far from certain.
Silva has enjoyed another successful campaign for City, who are hoping to seal The Double for the second successive campaign.
However, the 29-year-old’s future is far from certain with the Portuguese strongly linked with a move away from the Etihad.
Paris Saint-German want to sign Bernardo Silva
TBR can reveal that Paris Saint-Germain have rekindled their interest in bringing Bernardo Silva to the club this summer.
PSG attempted to land Silva last summer and the Portuguese star was keen on making the move to the French capital.
However, Manchester City insisted that having lost Ilkay Gundogan and Riyad Mahrez – they could now allow Silva to follow.
Silva was instead handed a new contract with a bumper pay-rise, tying him to the club until 2026.
TBR understands that Silva has indicated to City that he is ready to leave England after seven years with the club and over 350 games.
Barcelona also want Silva
Barcelona also retain a strong interest in Silva and he would jump at the chance to move to Catalunya, but their situation financially is far from clear cut and it is understood that whilst City are open to a deal – it will not be in a cut-price deal, making it difficult.
Xavi is a confirmed admirer Silva, but so is PSG coach Luis Enrique – who is pushing his bosses to land him.
